Learning and Earning Program Guidelines

Education is a very important tool for individuals to achieve great things. Mr. Chicken wants to help our Team Members become successful by offering incentives for school performance and offering paid time for students to get homework done.

Report Card incentives:

Any student who attends public, private or online accredited schools are eligible to receive cash bonuses for achieving good grades.

$300 bonus for straight A’s

$200 bonus for A’s and B’s

$100 bonus for all B’s

To receive the bonus, the team members must submit a copy of their report card that shows their name, school, marking period, and grades for that marking period. The bonus will be put onto their next paycheck.

Homework incentives:

Any student can get paid up to 3 hours a week to do their homework either prior to or after their shift. Homework is to be done physically in the building in the designated homework area. Documentation will need to be filled out by the manager and team member on duty that shows what subjects the team member was working on and the times when the Team Member was doing their homework. These hours will then be added onto their timecard for the payroll period. Homework cannot be done while punched in and working.
